1.1Welcome to use the HelloPanda platform operated by HelloPanda Southeast Asia Limited and its affiliated companies (individually and collectively referred to as "HelloPanda", "we", "us" or "our"). HelloPanda takes its responsibilities under applicable privacy laws and regulations ("Privacy Laws") seriously and is committed to respecting the privacy rights and concerns of all users of our HelloPanda website and mobile applications ("Platform") (we refer to the Platform and the services we provide on our Platform collectively as "Services"). Users refer to the users who register an account with us to use the service, including buyers and sellers (individually and collectively referred to as "users", "you" or "your"). We recognize the importance of the personal data you have entrusted to us and believe that it is our responsibility to properly manage, protect, and process your personal data. When does HelloPanda collect personal data?
2.1 We will/may collect personal data about you:
When you register and/or use our services or platform, or when opening an account with us;
When you submit any form, including but not limited to application forms or other forms related to any of our products and services, whether online or in physical form;
When you reach any agreement or provide other documents or information regarding your interaction with us, or when you use our products and services;
When you interact with us, such as through phone calls (which may be recorded), letters, faxes, face-to-face meetings, social media platforms, and email, including when you interact with our customer service agents;
When you use our electronic services, interact with us through our applications, or use the services on our platform. This includes but is not limited to cookies that we may deploy when you interact with our applications or websites;
When you grant permission to share information with our application or platform on your device;
When you associate your HelloPanda account with your social media or other external accounts or use other social media features in accordance with the provider's policies;
When you conduct transactions through our services;
When you provide feedback or complaints to us;
When you register for the competition; Or when you submit your personal data to us for any reason

What personal data will HelloPanda collect?
3.1 HelloPanda may collect personal information including but not limited to:

Information sent by or related to devices used to access our services or platforms;
Information about your network and the people and accounts that interact with you;
Photos, audio or video recordings;
Government issued identification documents or other information necessary for our due diligence, understanding of your customers, identity verification, or fraud prevention;
Marketing and communication data, such as your preferences for receiving our and third-party marketing, your communication preferences, and communication history with us, our service providers, and other third parties;
Use and trade data, including detailed information about your searches, orders, advertisements and content you interact with on the platform, and other products and services related to you;
Location data;
Any other information about the user when registering to use our services or platform, as well as information related to how the user uses our services or platform; Summarize data related to user engagement.
3.2 You agree not to submit any inaccurate or misleading information to us, and you agree to notify us of any inaccuracies or changes to such information. We reserve the right to request further documents at our discretion to verify the information you have provided.
3.3 If you register as a user of our platform using your social media account ("Social Media Account"), link your HelloPanda account to your social media account, or use any HelloPanda social media features, we may access your information that has been voluntarily provided to your social media account provider in accordance with their policies, and we will always manage and use any such personal data in accordance with this policy.
3.4 If you do not wish us to collect the above information/personal data, you may choose to opt out at any time by notifying our data protection officer in writing. For more information on choosing to opt out, please refer to the section below titled "How do you withdraw consent, request access, or correct the information you have provided to us. However, please note that choosing to withdraw or withdraw your consent to our collection, use, or processing of your personal data may affect your use of the services and platform. For example, choosing not to collect location information will result in its location-based functionality being disabled.
4. Collection of other data
4.1 Like most websites and mobile applications, the information sent by your device may include data about you recorded by network servers when you browse our platform. This usually includes but is not limited to the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your device, computer/mobile device operating system and browser type, mobile device type, mobile device characteristics, unique device identifier (UDID) or mobile device identifier (MEID). For your mobile device, the address of the reference website (if any), the page you visited on our website and mobile application, and the visit time. Sometimes there is a "cookie" (you can disable it using your browser preferences) to help the website remember your last visit. If you have logged in, this information will be associated with your personal account.
4.2 Our mobile applications may use technologies such as GPS and Wi Fi to collect precise information about the location of your mobile device. We collect, use, disclose, and/or process this information for one or more purposes, including but not limited to location - services where you request or provide relevant content based on your location or allow you to share your location with other users as part of our mobile application services. For most mobile devices, you can revoke your permission for us to obtain your location information through your device settings. If you have any questions about how to disable location services for mobile devices, please contact your mobile device service provider or device manufacturer.
4.3 When you view pages on our website or mobile application, when you view content and advertisements on our platform or through our services, and access other software, most of the same information will be sent to us (including but not limited to IP address, operating system, etc.); However, your device will not send us information about service and platform installations, ad views and/or software, and time, rather than page views.

5.1 We or our authorized service providers and advertising partners may from time to time use "cookies" or other features to allow us or third parties to collect or share information related to your use of our services or platform. These features help us improve our platform and the services we provide, enable us to offer new services and features, and/or enable us and our advertising partners to provide you with more relevant content, including through remarketing. Cookies "are identifiers stored on your computer or mobile device, used to record data about your computer or mobile device, how and when you use or access services or platforms, how many people there are, and other activities within our platform. We may associate cookie information with personal data. Cookies also link to information about the products you choose to purchase and the web pages you view. This information is used to track your shopping cart, provide content specific to your interests, enable our third-party advertising partners to place advertisements on websites on the Internet, conduct data analysis and monitor the use of services.

6. How do we use the information you provide to us?
6.1 We may collect, use, disclose, and/or process your personal data for one or more of the following purposes:

For marketing and advertising purposes, and in this regard, to send you marketing and promotional information and materials related to products and/or services (including but not limited to third-party products and/or services that HelloPanda may have) through various media and communication methods, in collaboration or cooperation with products or services that HelloPanda (and/or its affiliates or related companies) may be selling, marketing or promoting, whether such products or services exist now or will be created in the future. You can use the unsubscribe function in the electronic marketing materials to unsubscribe from receiving marketing messages at any time. We may use your contact information to send newsletters or marketing materials from us and our related companies;
Responding to legal proceedings or complying with any applicable laws, government or regulatory requirements of any relevant jurisdiction, or where we have sufficient reason to believe that such disclosure is necessary, including but not limited to meeting disclosure requirements in accordance with any legal requirements binding on HelloPanda or its related or affiliated companies (including, if applicable, displaying your name, contact information, and company details);
Generate statistical data and research for internal and statutory reporting and/or record keeping requirements;
Conduct due diligence or other screening activities (including but not limited to background checks) in accordance with legal or regulatory obligations or risk management procedures that may be required by law or that we may have implemented;
Review our services or HelloPanda's business;
Prevent or investigate any actual or suspected violation of our terms of service, fraud, illegal activities, omissions, or improper behavior, whether related to your use of our services or any other matters arising from your relationship with us;
Responding to any threats or actual claims against HelloPanda, or any other claims that infringe upon third-party rights;
Storing, hosting, and backing up (whether for disaster recovery or other purposes) your personal data, whether within or outside your jurisdiction;
To process and/or facilitate commercial asset transactions or potential commercial asset transactions involving HelloPanda as a participant or only involving HelloPanda's affiliated companies or affiliated companies as participants or involving HelloPanda and/or any one or more HelloPanda's affiliated companies or affiliated companies as participants, and may involve other third-party organizations in the transaction. Commercial asset transaction "refers to the purchase, sale, lease, merger, consolidation or any other acquisition, disposal or financing of an organization or a part of an organization or any business or asset of an organization; And/or

6.2 You acknowledge, agree, and consent that HelloPanda may access, store, and disclose your account information and content if required by law or ordered by a court or any government or regulatory agency with jurisdiction over HelloPanda, or in good faith. Believing that such access protection or disclosure is reasonable and necessary for the following aspects: (a) compliance with legal procedures; (b) Comply with the requirements of any government or regulatory agency with jurisdiction over HelloPanda; (c) Implement HelloPanda's terms of service or this privacy policy; (d) Responding to any threats or actual claims against HelloPanda, or any other claims that infringe upon third-party rights; (e) Responding to your customer service requests; (f) Protect the rights, property, or personal safety of HelloPanda, its users, and/or the public.
6.3 As the purpose for which we will/may collect, use, disclose or process your personal data depends on the current situation, the above purposes may not occur. However, we will notify you of such other purposes upon obtaining your consent, unless privacy laws allow processing of applicable data without your consent.
How does HelloPanda protect and retain customer information?
7.1 We have implemented various security measures and strive to ensure the security of your personal data on our system. User personal data is contained behind a secure network, and only a few employees with special access to such systems can access it. However, it is inevitable that absolute safety cannot be guaranteed.
7.2 We will retain personal data in accordance with privacy laws and/or other applicable laws. That is to say, when we reasonably determine that (i) retaining such personal data no longer serves the purpose of collecting that personal data, we will destroy or anonymize your personal data; (ii) no longer required to be retained for any legal or commercial purposes; (iii) There are no other legitimate interests that require further retention of such personal data. If you cease to use the platform, or if your license to use the platform and/or services is terminated or revoked, we may continue to store, use, and/or disclose your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy and our obligations under privacy laws According to applicable laws, we may safely process your personal data without prior notice to you.
Will HelloPanda disclose the information it collects from visitors to external parties?
8.1 When conducting business, we will/may need to use, process, disclose and/or transfer your personal data to our third-party service providers, agents and/or our affiliates or related companies and/or other third parties, who may be located in Malaysia or outside Malaysia for one or more of the aforementioned purposes. Such third-party service providers, agents, and/or affiliated companies or related companies and/or other third parties will process your personal data on our behalf or in other ways for one or more of the above-mentioned purposes. We strive to ensure that third parties and our affiliates protect your personal data from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, processing, or similar risks, and only retain your personal data for the purposes mentioned above when it is needed.
Our subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and related companies;
Buyers or sellers with whom you conduct transactions or interactions on the platform, or buyers or sellers related to your use of the service for the aforementioned purposes;
For the use of one or more of the aforementioned projects by other users of our platform;
We use contractors, agents, service providers, and other third parties to support our business. These include but are not limited to parties that provide administrative or other services to us, such as post offices, logistics service providers, financial service providers, advertising and marketing partners, telecommunications companies, information technology companies, and data centers;

In the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of part or all of HelloPanda's assets (whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceedings), the buyer or other successor, where HelloPanda holds personal data about our service users, is considered a transferred asset; Or counterparties involved in commercial asset transactions involving HelloPanda or any of its affiliates or related companies; We disclose your personal data to third parties for one or more purposes, and these third parties collect and process your personal data for one or more purposes.
